This stage is in the nature of a zero-point workshop, where we discuss the tenant’s capabilities, goals and preferences. In the workshop, we assess the weaknesses and strengths of possible solutions, and establish a strategy, plan and timetable for action.

  • Preparation for negotiations with landlords and developers

At this stage, an experienced project manager conducts a thorough technical analysis of the building, we jointly assess what building elements are suitable for replacement or repair,
create technical specifications for a potential new building and estimate the cost of restoring the unit. Here we begin the bidding process with the selected developers and the current landlord. A key step to achieving the goals and objectives.

Result: Technical preparation for negotiations with landlords and developers,
verification of market opportunities and start of negotiations.
