Managing Partner
She has more than 7 years of experience in the warehouse and manufacturing real estate market, having worked at CBRE, among others. Her key tasks include comprehensive lease consulting, transaction management and tenant representation in the commercialization process of warehouse space. Magda also specializes in negotiating extensive BTS projects.
Mikolaj Walkowski
Managing Partner
More than 7 years in real estate and 7 years in logistics. Nicholas gained experience at CBRE, and now successfully coordinates structured processes, establishes a strong negotiation strategy with developers and business partners, and specializes in analyzing leases. He assists in commercial negotiations, creating a competitive environment and obtaining the best lease rate.
Alexander Kuzniewski

More than 15 years of experience in the real estate market. Prior to joining Triflow, he worked at CBRE, in the role of Head of Industrial and Warehouse Real Estate. In addition, he was Director of Leasing and Business Development at real estate developer 7R for over 3 years. His key responsibilities include comprehensive lease consulting, transaction management and tenant representation
Joanna Ociepka – Wojciechowska
Partner
More than 19 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a specialization in warehouse assets. For the past 10 years, she co-founded the real estate development company 7R, where she was responsible for leasing processes. Now, at Triflow, she advises clients, helping to optimize costs and maximize transaction value. With a combined developer and investor perspective, she provides negotiating leverage and effectively guides through the entire process – from demand analysis to contract finalization.
Milosz Borkowski
Business Development Director
Milosz has more than 10 years of experience in the warehouse and manufacturing real estate market, which he gained at various companies, including CBRE. His main focus is on comprehensive lease consulting, transaction management and tenant representation during the commercialization of warehouse space. Operationally, he is responsible for business development in Warsaw, Central Poland and Wroclaw.
Tomasz Niczyporuk
Associate Director
Tomasz holds the position of Associate Director within the land team. With 13 years in the commercial real estate market, he gained experience at CBRE where he was responsible for searching, analyzing and offering investment land. Tomek specializes in the industrial real estate sector, mainly in land purchase and sale transactions and facilities in southern Poland.
Marek Herbski
Project Manager
He has more than 20 years of experience in the construction project implementation market, both in contracting, which he gained at PBOiUT ÅšlÄ…sk and SKANSKA, among others, and in the development area, which he gained at CTP and Panattoni. He holds a construction license authorizing him to direct and supervise construction works without limitations in the construction and civil engineering specialty. He has successfully completed many industrial, commercial and public buildings.
