Processing of personal data

Information on the processing of personal data By Triflow sp. z o. o.

 

Based on the so-called. RODO, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, respecting your privacy, we present below information on the processing of data of persons contracting with Triflow via e-mail, fax or telephone.

 

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Triflow sp. z o. o. based in Katowice, address: Porcelanowa Street 23, 40-246 Katowice, tel. 507 308 503, e-mail address: hello@triflow.pl (here as: ” Triflow“).
  2. If you are contacting us for the purpose of entering into a contract or in connection with a contract between us, we will process your personal data for the purpose of entering into and properly performing that contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO.
  3. If you are contacting us for the purpose of entering into a contract between us and the entity of which you are a representative (hereinafter: “our customer“), or in connection with a contract already concluded between us and our Customer, we will process personal data for the purpose of entering into and performing that contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO (we will refer to this basis as” our legitimate interest“). Our legitimate interest in this case is to ensure that we are able to enter into discussions regarding future cooperation and also the proper execution of contracts to which we are a party.
  4. If you contact us on other matters, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling your request on the basis of our legitimate interest, which in this case is to ensure the highest standards of service to customers/contractors and potential customers/contractors, including enabling designated persons to obtain information about our offerings.
  5. You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification and deletion, and moreover, to request restriction of processing. If you are our customer, you will also have the right to data portability.
  6. You also have the right to object – on grounds related to your particular situation – to the processing carried out by us for the purposes of our legitimate interest.
  7. Recipients of your personal data may be entities to which we are obliged to transfer data under applicable law (including tax authorities competent for us), entities providing us with IT services, accounting services, courier or postal services, consulting services.
  8. Personal data will be stored for a period of time:
    1. if the contact was made without any connection with the concluded or concluded contract – for a period of 6 months from the date of contact with us;
    2. if the contact occurred in connection with a concluded or concluded contract – until the expiration of the statute of limitations for your claims or claims of our client against us.
  9. Provision of data is voluntary, but may be necessary to process your application.
  10. If you consider that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the provisions of the RODO, you may file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  11. In the course of processing your personal data, automated decision-making, including profiling, will not occur.
  12. Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
