Processing of personal data

Information on personal data processing by Triflow sp. z o. o.

 

On the basis of the so-called. RODO, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, respecting your privacy, we present below information on the processing of data of persons contracting with Triflow by e-mail, fax or telephone.

 

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Triflow sp. z o. o. with its seat in Katowice, address: ul. Porcelanowa 23, 40-246 Katowice, tel. 507 308 503, e-mail address: hello@triflow.pl (here as: "Triflow").
  2. If you contact us for the purpose of entering into a contract or in connection with a contract between us, we will process your personal data for the purpose of entering into and properly performing that contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO.
  3. If you are contacting us for the purpose of concluding a contract between us and the entity you represent (hereinafter: "our Customer"), or in connection with a contract already entered into between us and our Client, we will process your personal data for the purpose of entering into and performing that contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO (we will refer to this basis as "our legitimate interest"). Our legitimate interest in this case consists in ensuring that we are able to enter into discussions regarding future cooperation as well as the proper execution of contracts to which we are a party.
  4. If you contact us for other matters, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling your request on the basis of our legitimate interest, which in this case is to provide the highest standards of service to customers/contractors and potential customers/contractors, including enabling designated persons to obtain information about our offer.
  5. You have the right to demand access, rectification and erasure of your personal data, as well as to demand restriction of processing. If you are our customer, you also have the right to data portability.
  6. You also have the right to object - on grounds relating to your particular situation - to the processing carried out by us for the purposes of our legitimate interest.
  7. Recipients of your personal data may be entities to which we are obliged to transfer data under applicable laws (including tax authorities competent for us), entities providing us with IT services, accounting services, courier or postal services, consulting services.
  8. Personal data will be kept for a period:
    1. if the contact is not related to the conclusion of a contract, for a period of 6 months after the contact;
    2. if the contact is made in connection with a concluded or concluded contract, until the expiry of the period of limitation of your or our customer's claims against us.
  9. The provision of data is voluntary, but may be necessary in order to process your application.
  10. If you consider that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the provisions of the RODO, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
  11. No automated decision-making, including profiling, will occur in the processing of your personal data.
  12. Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.
