Managing Partner
She has over 6 years of experience on the warehouse and production real estate market, which she gained among others at CBRE. Her key tasks include comprehensive lease consultancy, transaction management and tenant representation in the process of warehouse space commercialisation. Magda also specialises in negotiations of complex BTS projects.
Mikołaj Walkowski
Managing Partner
More than 7 years on the real estate market and 7 years in logistics. Nicholas gained his experience at CBRE and now successfully coordinates structured processes, establishes a strong negotiation strategy with developers and business partners, and specialises in lease analysis. He supports in commercial negotiations, creating a competitive environment and obtaining the best lease rate.

Associate Director
Tomasz holds the position of Associate Director within the land team. He has 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, e.g. at CBRE where he was responsible for searching, analysing and offering investment land. Tomek specialises in the industrial property sector, mainly in land purchase and sales transactions and facilities in southern Poland.
